The process

Get in touch to find out my availability and organise a time to speak over zoom and you can decide if I'm the celebrant you want for your special day

We organise a time to meet to sign the first part of your legal paperwork and plan your wedding. This can happen in person in Brunswick or on zoom

I give you my vows guide and create your ceremony and show up on your wedding day to get you officially married

After your ceremony I give you your fancy certificate and register your marriage
Short and Super Special
This ceremony usually goes for about 12 minutes. You can make a grand entrance down the aisle, have some music played, and do your personal vows (if you want to) and ring exchange. And kiss, of course!
Here's what's included:

A pre-written ceremony that includes a personalised warm-hearted overview of your relationship

All the required legal paperwork, including the fancy marriage certificate plus registration of your marriage. I'll also help you to order your registered marriage certificate if you require one (eg for changing your name)

My Vow Guide to help you write your personal vows (I'll help you with these and provide feedback if you'd like it)

One meeting in real life plus unlimited correspondence on email, phone and zoom

September to April weddings
Fridays & Saturdays: $1000 + GST
Every other day of the week: $750 + GST
May to August weddings
Any day of the week: $750 + GST
* Travel is $60 per hour after 2 hours of travelling (eg 1 hour to the venue, 1 hour home is free)

Truly Intimate
Are you someone who can't stand the idea of a big wedding with everyone watching you while you stand up the front?
Would you love something intimate, but more special than going to the Registry office and a straight-out "legals only"?
The Truly Intimate package is for you! We do a 10 minute ceremony at a location of your choice. It includes all the legalities, your personal vows and a ring exchange PLUS photography for 1 hour and videography of your ceremony (all images and video presented in an online gallery). The photographer is Daniel Turner or one of his fabulous team members at Daniel Turner Weddings.

Funerals & Memorials
I facilitate funerals and memorials especially for people who aren't keen on doing them the way they're usually done. Together we'll create a send off for your loved one that truly reflects who they were and the life they lived. This doesn't have to take place in a funeral home. You might want a memorial at home, at a park or on a farm, or at a beautiful old building, warehouse or hall, for example. I can also recommend venues and help plan the process with you.

Mistress of Ceremonies
As a professional emcee I craft and deliver a reception that's authentically you. I create the vibes and energy you want for your night, and ensure the celebrations flow seamlessly.
The job of an emcee is so much more than standing up and making a few announcements. It includes working with you to create the run sheet and script for your reception so that everything runs on time, liaising with venue staff and vendors to make sure everyone is in the right place at the right time so nothing important is missed, setting the tone for your celebrations, all announcements and personalised introductions to speeches, cake cutting, first dance and entertainment, taking care of any issues that arise, and getting the party started (if you'd like that).
Leave managing your reception to a professional so you and your guests don't have to worry about a thing and can focus on having fun!
